eterni Livery

Stop Chasing. Start Knowing.

Send the right crew. Know where every job stands.

eterni Livery answers your dispatch line, offers each job to the right crew, and records every step from pickup to drop-off.

Built for phones. Nothing for drivers to download. Three plans from $399 a month.

eterni Livery takes a removal request, offers it to the right crew, and the crew works the job and signs for custody on their phones.

Fewer calls. Clearer jobs. Better handoffs.

  • Long text threads to set up one removal

  • Calls around to find a free crew

  • Pickup details missing or wrong

  • Clients calling to ask where the crew is

Everything your crew needs, in one place.

  • Your dispatch line, answered

Calls from funeral homes and ME offices, and texts from approved numbers, become a numbered case, day or night.

  • The right crew, fairly

Each job goes to a crew that is on, rested and nearby, by text and email.

  • Nothing to download

Drivers open a link and always see the next step. Photos taken in the job are never saved to the driver’s camera roll.

  • A signed record, sent

A PDF with the form and signatures, sent back to the office that booked the job.

More it can do

  • Text in a job

Approved funeral homes and ME offices text a removal and get a case number back.

  • Update a case by its number

Callers add details by quoting the case number.

  • It keeps working the job

Unaccepted offers go out again, and the owner is paged.

  • Signatures on the phone

Release and receiving signatures, captured at the scene.

  • Medical examiner work

Seal ID and investigator sign-off, on Professional and Fleet.

  • Service-day cars too

Hearses, limousines, and family, flower and clergy cars.

How a removal moves

  1. A removal comes in

A funeral home or ME office calls or texts. eterni answers, takes the details, reads the address back to the caller and gives them a case number.

  2. The right crew is alerted

Drivers get the job by text and email and accept from the link. Offers are shared fairly, counting how many jobs each crew has already run. An offer not accepted within three minutes goes out again, and the owner is paged.

  3. Every step is signed for

The crew records each step and the signatures on the phone, with the time, the place and who was there.

Three plans. Pick how you pay.

Monthly, quarterly (save 7%) or annually (save 13%). Professional and Fleet carry a one-time Onboarding and Training fee of one month at the plan's monthly price, with your first payment on that plan. Essential has none.

The owner is never counted as a seat. Requests past your monthly allowance are never turned away: extra completed transports are billed after the month ends, at your plan's rate. Move up a plan any time; a move down starts at your renewal. Your minimum term is your billing cycle, one month, three months or a year. The six-month minimum on funeral-home plans does not apply to eterni Livery. Professional and Fleet have a one-time Onboarding and Training fee of one month at the plan's monthly price, whichever cycle you choose, charged once with your first payment on that plan; Essential has none. Moving up from Essential to Professional or Fleet later adds that plan's fee once, with the upgrade. With a trial code, it is charged only if you stay on after the trial.

Add only what you need.

Run your own vehicles? You may already have eterni Livery.

Funeral homes that run their own fleet get eterni Livery with eterni Night Guard, and with eterni Team Suite for the first year. It covers the funeral home’s own cases; livery work the funeral home does for others is not included. It is also a $199/mo add-on for eterni CaseView and eterni Concierge.

Questions about eterni Livery.

Who is eterni Livery for?

Livery and removal companies that serve funeral homes and medical examiner offices. Funeral homes that run their own vehicles get it through their eterni plan.

Do drivers need to download an app?

No. They open the link in the job offer and can add eterni Livery to their home screen.

What happens when a number we don't know calls or texts?

A caller eterni does not recognize is still answered, and is asked a few more questions to confirm where the decedent is going before the request is filed. A texter is asked to have their number added.

Can we work with medical examiner offices?

Yes, on Professional and Fleet: seal IDs, investigator sign-off on the crew's phone, mass-casualty scenes and detours.

Do we get a summary of the jobs?

Yes. The livery owner gets a morning summary email of the jobs that came in. It also goes to the funeral home owner and the ME chief.

How does the free trial work?

With an invitation code, you get 7 days free. You verify a mobile number and enter a card, and nothing is charged until day 8, when your first payment is taken, with the one-time Onboarding and Training fee on Professional and Fleet. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Without a code, you subscribe and pay from day one.

Is there an onboarding fee?

On Professional and Fleet, yes: a one-time Onboarding and Training fee equal to one month at the plan's monthly price, $599 on Professional and $899 on Fleet, whichever billing cycle you choose. It is charged once, with your first payment on that plan. Essential has no Onboarding and Training fee. If you start on Essential and later move up to Professional or Fleet, that plan's fee is charged once, with the upgrade. Moving from Professional to Fleet adds no further fee.

Can we change plans?

Yes. Moving up starts right away. Moving down starts at your next renewal.
