Encryption in transit and at rest
All data moving between families, your team, and eterni is protected with TLS. Stored data, including call recordings, transcripts, and case records, is encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Role-based access control
Every team member operates within a scoped role, Owner, Admin, Director, Manager, or Staff, each with only the permissions that role needs. No shared passwords and no overprivileged accounts. Each funeral home's data is isolated with row-level security, so one home's records are never visible to another.
Immutable audit trail
Every action, phase change, and staff interaction is recorded in an append-only log. Entries cannot be altered or deleted after the fact, giving you a complete, tamper-evident record for compliance and transparency.
Data retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your plan settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@myagentworks.ai.
Backups and resilience
Case records and account data are backed up regularly so your operations are protected against data loss. Our infrastructure runs on managed, industry-standard cloud providers with built-in redundancy.
Incident response
If a security incident affecting your data occurs, we investigate promptly and notify affected funeral homes in line with our obligations under applicable law and your service agreement. Report a concern any time at support@myagentworks.ai.
Subprocessors
We work with a small set of vetted providers, each with its own security practices: ElevenLabs (voice), Twilio (telephony), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), and Resend (email). Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe; eterni never stores card numbers.
Data Handling
eterni manages funeral-home operations, contacts, cases, schedules, and call records, not medical or health records. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped by role, and every action is logged.
