Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect name, email, business information, and payment details when you create an account. We also collect call transcripts and audio recordings processed through our AI voice system (ElevenLabs), as well as usage data and technical information about how you interact with the Eterni platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: provide and improve the Eterni service, process payments via Stripe, send call summaries and director notifications, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Call Data and HIPAA
Eterni acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA when processing protected health information. Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are available upon request before any health information is processed. Call data is stored securely with limited access and AES-256 encryption at rest.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: ElevenLabs (AI voice synthesis), Twilio (telephony), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database), and Resend (email). Each service has its own privacy policy. We select partners that maintain strong security practices.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Call recordings and transcripts are retained per your plan settings. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@myagentworks.ai.
6. Security
We use TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to your data is restricted using role-based access controls. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store payment card data.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws, including rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise these rights, contact support@myagentworks.ai.
